2023 - 2025
This series began without a clear idea—only a need to assemble. I gathered materials from nature and animals: crushed stones, pine needles, threads, etc. Some forms were guided by sketches; others appeared through the act of arranging. Slowly, things took shape.
They look like landscapes, or fragments of something lived—part terrain, part memory, part being. They don't tell a story, but they hold something. They are combinations more than conclusions, quiet structures made not to explain, but to be with.
I don’t yet know fully what they are. But they feel like small acts of care—ways of holding pieces together when everything feels like it could fall apart. What holds together, even briefly, becomes enough.
